On Monday the 6th we went in for the 20 week ultrasound. After a fairly short wait we were taken into the ultrasound room, where some kind of ultrasound solution was applied to Molly and the hunt began. The ultrasound tech was silent, so much so that after a few minutes we finally had to ask her if everything was ok, which it was. She just sat there taking measurements, grabbing photos, and clicking away on her keyboard until out of the blue after about 3 minutes of silence she stops on the shot above and says it’s a boy and then continues on as if that was nothing. It is amazing how routine this had become for the tech, though I think we both wish she had at least pretended otherwise.

Congratulations, the first Wood-House is on the way (naw, I won’t make any puns). Hard to believe that Justin is going to be a Dad but the cool, collected Molly is surely going to be the best mom!
Love, Dick
Let the countdown begin!
With my first, Noelle, just 6 months old I can tell you it is wonderful to watch every little change. You two are going to marvelous parents and we are over the moon excited for the two of you.
